Sir,For civil services and others, the MPSC photocopies the scheme and syllabus from the UPSC. The MCSCC (P) Examination 2008 was totally cancelled due to stupidity of MPSC which invited law-suit. But despite many requests, the examination fees were not refunded nor were adjusted in the MCSCC (P) 2010 Examination. That was one of the many high-handedness done by our bureaucrats.
